Merry Christmas! I woke up in Berlin to a cold, not snowy day. Having read about two great places, the Bretzel Bar, and the Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace, I decided to spend my Christmas at those two places.
I first headed to the Bretzel Bar.

It unfortunately was closed, but the Espresso Lounge was open! I enjoyed a hot cappacino and a scone.

Then I began my ~7 mile walk to Charlettenburg. I spent the majority of this walk on the river. It was beautiful. And cold.

Once I entered the the path through the Tiergarden, I noticed Kangaroos to my right!

After passing the Kangaroos, I heard music and saw some lights. In the middle of the park, there was a small gathering drinking Glüwein and playing ice bocce ball!

I was very glad I walked, I would have missed all of the beauty underground on a subway.

I was ecstatic to find the Christmas market open! It was incredible and very large. I tried some white Glüwein (even more delicious!), had a brawt, and listen to beautiful music.
